All active students, faculty and staff at Marian University with user accounts automatically have access to Qualtrics.
There is no need to request access.

Important notes about Qualtrics:
1. If you have a name change (i.e. you got married) and you are issued a new email address, your login to Qualtrics will still use your original Marian username.
2. If you need access to a survey in Qualtrics, you must be invited by someone who manages that survey. If that user is no longer employed with the university and you need to gain control of the survey, You will need to submit a ticket to request the survey transfer. We need to know the current owner of the survey, the survey name and the user the survey ownership needs transferred to.
