WINDOWS Laptops
Choose ONE of the following:
- Plug in the HDMI to your device.
- Press Win + K (Miracast) and choose the room. Enter the code provided on the TV Monitor.
- Go to share.webex.com and enter the code provided on the touch screen

Use the WebEx application to “Connect to a device” in the top right corner and search for and click on the room name. Then click Share Screen and choose the content to share.
MACBOOKS
Choose ONE of the following:
- Plug in the HDMI to your device
- Connect to AirPlay/Screen Mirroring and select the room you want to connect to
- Go to share.webex.com and enter the code provided on the touch screen
- Use the WebEx application to “Connect to a device” in the top right corner and search for and click on the room name. Then click Share Screen and choose the content to share.
iPads/iPhones/Mobile Devices
Choose ONE of the following:
- If applicable, plug in the USB-C adapter connected to the HDMI cable.
- Connect to AirPlay/Screen Mirroring
- Go to share.webex.com and enter the code provided on the touch screen
- Use the WebEx application to “Connect to a device” in the top right corner and search for and click on the room name. Then click Share Screen and choose the content to share
TROUBLESHOOTING TIPS
1. Screen Not Displaying on Cisco Room Bar

Check the connection:
- If using wireless screen sharing (Ex. AirPlay or Miracast), make sure your device is connected to the wi-fi.
- If using HDMI, make sure the cable is fully secured and plugged into the laptop.
- Ensure the correct input is selected: On the touch panel, make sure you are choosing the appropriate input for what you are choosing to share
- Restart the connection: Try disconnecting and reconnecting from the room device and/or wi-fi network and retry sharing.
2. No Audio with Shared Screen
- Check audio settings: Verify that your device's microphone and speaker settings are properly set up.
- Make sure sound is shared: If you’re sharing a video or audio, ensure that your device is set to share sound. On some devices, there's an option to share audio when screen sharing.
3. Screen Flickering or Freezing
- Reduce the number of open programs: Close unnecessary applications on your device to improve performance.
- Check your network connection: A weak Wi-Fi connection can cause screen lag or flickering. Try moving closer to the router or using a wired connection if possible.
