Yuja Channels are lists of videos that have been shared with the students in a Yuja-connected course. Sharing to a Yuja Channel allows you to share videos with a list of students that has been automatically populated by the Canvas roster. While some organization of this list is possible, for the most part, it will appear as a list of videos (sorted based on when the videos were published starting with the most recent). Students will simply have to click on the Yuja link in the course to see the channel's videos.

However, if you have already recorded a video that you want to publish to a Yuja Channel, please follow the steps here.
- Go to your Yuja Media library (instructors can do this by clicking on Yuja in a course or by going to marian.yuja.com)
- Find the video that you want to publish to the Yuja Channel.
- Hover over it with your mouse and click on Publish.
- From the Publish screen, select the channel (or channels) that you want the video to appear in. The name of the channel should match the name of the course.
Please Note: If your channel does not appear in this list, you will need to go to your Course page in Canvas and click on Yuja within it. This "registers" the course in Yuja. Refresh your page and go through the directions again.
- Click Select when finished.
Organizing your Yuja Channel
You can create folders (called sub-channels) within your Yuja Channel.
Some notes about sub-channels:
- You can view what the channel looks like for students by clicking the View Channel option (or by selecting the four boxes in the top right):
- Sub-channel names must start with the name of the channel. This means it can be difficult for users to see the full names of the folder they are trying to find. To make this a little easier, switch to the View Channel option (see previous bullet point), and then select the monitor icon on the top right:
