If you notice that your webcam view is frozen on your recording, here is a possible fix from Yuja to correct the situation. 


1. Open the Yuja Software Capture program.

2. Login if required.

3. Click on the gear icon in the top right corner of the program to open Settings:

4. Click on the Configuration tab in the Settings menu:

5. Under the Media Capture Englne section, select the Legacy Engine (deprecated) option:

6. Click Save.
