Occasionally on new installs or even out of the blue EMS can freeze and and not let the user actually schedule a time for a room. The ESC key can actually allow for the use to regain control, but that would actually resolve the issue. What's happening is the scheduling window is opening, but its opening off screen which means the User cant see it or manipulate it, and the program gives the impression of freezing, when in its actually still working.

the solution is to trigger the action that would cause the "freeze" and then have the USER(if remoted and the tech does it in this command wont be sent, the tech will just open the context menu on their own laptop) press alt + enter.

a context menu will appear and then the User must click maximize. the window that is hidden will appear and be maximized, but now it can be adjusted to the preferred size. When that window is closed, windows will remember the adjustments for that window. so each time this error occurs for the other pop up windows in the software, it should only have to be adjusted like this once.
