Issue: When I select a time to reserve a room, an window is supposed to appear but instead the application freezes and will not let me do anything. How do I stop this?
Cause of the issue: What is happening is the new window is popping up just outside of the EMS environment window and it then takes control of EMS thus not allowing you to select any other screens or menu options within EMS.
Solution: Start by shutting down EMS and re-opening the application. In the Main Menu, click Settings then click Reset Window Coordinates.
