Information and ordering options

Your official academic transcript is a comprehensive record of all courses you have completed at Marian University (formerly Marian College). It is a violation of federal law to release a copy of a transcript without your authorization. 

If your student account is in good standing and clear of any holds, you may request a copy of your official transcript. To settle outstanding financial obligations before requesting an official transcript, contact our business office at 317.955.6020. 

Currently enrolled students can access an unofficial transcript, free of charge, via their MUHUB. For students who completed courses prior to summer 2019, unofficial transcripts are available via Parchment for a reduced fee of $3.00. 


Request a transcript

There are several ways you can request an academic transcript from Marian University:

  1. Using Parchment, our quick, convenient online ordering system. 
  2. The in person, in office option, is currently suspended until further notice. 
  3. By completing a transcript request form.Please print, complete and submit with your payment (cash or check only) in person or mail to:

  4. Via Parchment third-party ordering. This is only used for outside schools or organizations on the student's behalf. The third-party is responsible for the fees incurred by the request. We can no longer accept third-party transcript requests via U.S. mail or fax. 

Transcript requests cannot be accepted by phone. In addition, requests will not be processed on weekends, university observed holidays or during unforeseen university closures.

Electronic: Immediate $23 Same business day if submitted by 2 p.m. EST. Must be submitted through Parchment.
Mailed: Standard U.S.P.S. $12.50 About two to three business days plus standard U.S.P.S. mail time.
Mailed: Standard International $15 About two to three business days. Delivery time is dependent on delivery location.
Mailed: Immediate FedEx Domestic $35 About two to three business days depending on delivery location.
Mailed: Immediate FedEx International $57.50 Delivery time is dependent on delivery location.
