Connecting to MarianPSK Wifi & LAN For Personal Devices
MarianPSK is the Wi-Fi and LAN network for personal devices that cannot connect to MarianSecure
- Many devices, such as gaming consoles, may not support username and password credentials for connections to a Wi-Fi or LAN network. MarianPSK can be used to connect these devices to the network.

1) You Must be connected to MarianSecure in order to reach the devices.marian.edu portal.
2) Devices are registered using their Wi-Fi or LAN Mac addresses.
3) Once registered, devices can connect to MarianPSK using the Marian2020 password.
- Step by step instructions for registering a device can be found later in this article.
- Example of devices that use MarianPSK Wifi and how to find their MAC addresses can be found here Click Here
- Users can register a maximum of five devices at any given time. Device registration is good for one year.

DHCP & IP Address Settings
- When connecting to the MarianPSK network DHCP Settings must be set to ON or Auto. Devices attempting to use a manually configured IP address may encounter issues connecting to the MarianPSK network.
Wi-Fi and LAN connection options
- The MarianPSK network allows connections for registered devices over both Wi-Fi and LAN (ethernet).
- Wi-Fi connections can be made to the MarianPSK Wi-Fi SSID available throughout campus.
- LAN (ethernet) connections can be made using dedicated ethernet ports available in student dorms. Ethernet ports can be found located on wall outlet plates or on the bottom of each dorms wall mounted network access point. note that the Yellow port(s) on the access point are intended for MarianPSK connections.
